Exchanges & Returns
At Belle Fare, we pride ourselves in offering beautiful, high-end designs that are carefully constructed with the highest quality in the most luxurious materials available. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are more than willing to amend the issue; whether it be a return, exchange, repair, or credit. Items to be returned must be in original packaging, contain original tags, and must be in saleable condition. All returns and exchanges are subject to the following guidelines:
- Upon receiving shipment, Buyer shall inspect merchandise for damages, shortages or errors in shipping. All such claims must be reported within three (3) days following confirmation of delivery to you.
- All other merchandise (excluding custom orders) you wish to return must be returned within seven (7) business days following date of delivery.
- No returns will be accepted without the original invoice and receipt. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number, obtained by calling us at 212-868-8607, prior to the return.
- We can ONLY accept returns from merchandise purchased directly from us
- We will credit you to the same payment method used to purchase the item within ten (10) days of receiving the return
Any returns not following the proper return guidelines as listed above are subject to one of the following: (i) loss of full value of returned merchandise; (ii) merchandise returned to Buyer at Buyer's cost plus a 15% handling charge; (iii) merchandise accepted by Ming Yang with a 15% restocking charge.
